We are working with a leading medical organisation that requires an experienced recruiter to support during a peak period in the selection/recruitment of customer service advisors. This is a six-month contract (that may extend) where you’ll be able to work on a remote or hybrid basis after initial training. The office is located in Salford and you have the option to be in the office every day if preferred, but this isn’t essential after training is completed.
It’s going to be busy and the main focus of the role will be interviewing, assessing, and scoring prospective candidates ensuring they meet the client’s high standards. Assessments will be completed via Teams, hence the ability to work on a remote/hybrid basis. On occasion you may be required to work slightly later hours (e.g. 11.00 am – 7.00 pm) to enable working candidates to complete assessments outside of standard working hours.
The ideal candidate will have managed volume recruitment, has completed structured candidates assessments, and ideally recruited customer service staff previously. Agency or in-house recruitment experience is acceptable.
This position will start quickly, post pre-employment checks. It offers a day rate of up to £200.00 if working via an Umbrella Company (PAYE payroll is also available at a rate of up to £178.00 per day, including holiday pay). Please note this job is within IR35.
