Job Description

This position is Full time onsite

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information and include, but are not limited to: composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents and reports; maintaining staffing needs; upkeep of associate files; constant communication with the Hiring Center; managing hire and term electronic access; maintain internal records on a constant basis; ability to prioritize tasks; flexibility and willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Must have the ability to interact with the management team, employees, and clients

Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities

Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to be flexibile and adjust to business needs organizational skills

Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows, the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook), and Internet Explorer

Willingness to cross-train and perform additional functions as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Human Resources
