Digital Marketing Coordinator/ Administrative/ Construction HR

Position Overview: Digital Marketing Coordinator/ Administrative/ Construction HR $25.75 to 30.90 per hour

Krasiva Windows & Doors is a small but well-established local residential window and door replacement company. We need a self-motivated “can do” person to join our office team. Someone capable of creating and implementing a multichannel comprehensive marketing plan including social media, mailings, email marketing, radio and coordinate with our SEO company. We need someone to make our phone ring more.

***This is not a remote position***

Education:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred – Associates acceptable with minimum 3 years marketing experience and a proven track record. Experience with service or remodeling companies a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming calls, provide general information and help schedule the calls.
• Create and handle the companies marketing channels.
• Help Perform HR duties and invoicing in Quick Books Pro.
• Be Cross trained in other administrative duties and back up to assist other team members that need assistance. Cross training takes about 2 months.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient with PC and good 40+ WPM typing skills
• Reliable, self- starter with a great work ethic.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solver, detail oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – including EXCEL.
• Experience with websites, graphic design, Photoshop, other programs are a plus
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Manage internal data base, CRM follow-up, and job scheduling a plus.

COMPENSATION:

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $25.75 to $30.90/per hour DOE
